Produced in parallel to the To Be or Not to Be, mentioned in the sculpture section of this website, Urban Bouquets are Karam’s colorful and vibrant expressions of life, derived from his renowned visual language, featuring a selection of animalesque flora and fauna shapes.

A physical manifestation of Karam’s desire to offer flowers to cities and create ‘pockets of dreams’ in urban environments constrained by saturation and standardization, or violence and anxiety, the Urban Bouquets serve as symbols of hope, reminding us of the inherent vitality that exists in the world. These flower bouquets provide a much-needed respite from the weight of realities.
